Wiem, że mi możecie powiedzieć na wstępie “sam sobie jesteś winien” bo porzuciłeś Manjaro. Tak, przesiadłem się na Zen Linux, a to jest instalator Archa. Nie korzystam co prawda z Bluetooth, ale w Manjaro mój adapter Bluetooth był widoczny dla systemu, a tutaj nie jest widoczny. Mam kernel 4.20 zen, zainstalowałem całe oprogramowanie do Bluetooth i nic to nie dało. Miałem już kiedyś taki problem w Archu Problem z Bluetooth
W trakcie pisania tego posta zrozumiałem, o co w tym biega i podaję, bo może się przydać komuś.

# systemctl start bluetooth.service
I już wszystko jest OK
