Przy każdej aktualizacji pacmanem mam taki komunikat:
błąd: nie udało się zarejestrować bazy danych 'spooky_aur' (baza danych już zarejestrowana)
Po co i na co mi to? 
Podstawowe pytanie, czy korzystasz z tego repo? bo jeśli nie, to wystarczy wejść do /etc/pacman.conf i po prostu usunąć wpis.
Korzystam z pakietów AUR. Nie wiem, czy usunięcie tego nie odetnie mnie od nich.
Bez obawy, jeżeli się boisz usunąć to repo to je za#uj, w ten sposób:

A paczki zainstalowane z tego repo trafią do AUR.
O czymś takim właśnie myślałem, ale nie byłem pewny. Teraz to zrobię. 
To nie jest standardowe repo. Musiałeś je w jakiś sposób ręcznie dodać. Jeśli nie działa możesz spokojnie usunąć, nie ma ono nic wspólnego z AUR.
Poza tym z tego co widzę masz tylko wpis o repo, ale brak linka do niego, więc nie ma szans, żeby działało, więc po prostu zaśmieca ci config. Najlepiej będzie skasować.
Generalnie na systemach opartych na Archu nie powinno się dodawać prywatnych repo (jak ten spooky), chociaż można jak wiesz co robisz i ufasz osobie, która ci to udostępnia.
Nic nie dodawałem, za to wszystko usunąłem po przeczytaniu Twojego posta.
Tak powinno wyglądać prawidłowo /etc/pacman.conf jeśli chodzi o Manjaro

Próbowałem znaleźć spooky_aur ale niestety nie znalazłem o tym info.
Jedyne co znalazłem to że występuje w Reborn OS i służy do wysyłania komunikatów opiekuna do wszystkich posiadających ten “server” co jest creepy.
Może @robson75 coś więcej wie o tym 
Zen sam dodaje podczas instalacji dodatkowe repa tj.

Mnie się wydaje że Zen dodał któreś repo stąd: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Unofficial_user_repositories, i po prostu je nazwał spooky_aur.
Mógłbyś w sumie wstawić całość tego repo? Chodzi głównie o server
@NoRobot jeśli problem rozwiązany, to zaznacz post, który CI w tym pomógł, ewentualnie napisz rozwiązanie i je oznacz :).
Przecież piszę, że Zen mógł dodać któreś repo z powyższego, ale sam server, ze zmienioną nazwą. Niestety nie jestem w stanie Tobie powiedzieć który to server.
